:Kinema: – Circles

Circles, the debut 7" from Brighton's :kinema: is available today in some good record shops. Limited to 500 copies and pressed on sunshine yellow vinyl, the 7" features the original version of Circles and the Grovesnor remix of Lets Get To It. On June 3rd we will be releasing the full digital EP, which on top of the tracks mentioned above also contains the origianl version of Lets Get To It, and former Hot Pockets alumnus Line's remix of Circles.

In their short career :kinema: have already made a name for themselves with a series of smart, pop songs and electric live performances. For this their debut vinyl release they've teamed up with long time friend and associate Grovesnor, who found time in between his drumming duties for Hot Chip and producing his own album to remix the band's ode to 'game'.

The 4th release on Slutty Fringe's own Hot Pockets label, Circles is the perfect release to fling on and bask in the sunshine to, 21st century blue eyed soul with hints of Hot Chip, Phoenix, Culture Club and Wham… For more information please contact: John Power / johnpower@gmail.com

The whole EP can be streamed from here (feel free to embed any of these streams): http://soundcloud.com/hot-pockets/sets/kinema-circles-ep
